·        This involved converting almost a million reports for 50,000+ users across 6 hospitals.

·        Had meetings and interfaced with Users to define requirements.

·        Coded programs in REXX and packaged/shipped them to Users to process on their computers.

·        One of a team of 4 developers that ported an MS-DOS/C++ application from an obsolete handheld computer to run on a state-of-the-art WindowsCE/C++/Bluetooth platform.

·        This Route Accounting system currently runs on 18,000 Frito-Lay route salesmen's handhelds and provides real-time accounting data to PepsiCo headquarters.

·        This conversion earned the 'PepsiCo Presidents Award' for 2007.

·        Maintained, enhanced and streamlined a Service Costs and Machine Failure Analysis Reporting System used to keep track of Xerox Copier equipment failures nationwide. This system was written in COBOL.

·        Designed a Vehicle Trunk Inventory Optimization modeling system to reduce the inventory that tech-reps carried while ensuring they had the necessary parts available to them.
