·         Interface with JP Morgan Chase bank to resolve all incoming cash Accounts Receivable issues via file transfer protocol (FTP) to Severstal Warren, Inc. in order to ensure an accurate cash account balance

 

·         Automate on-line data entry and batch processing of the following invoice line item charges which resulted in time and cost savings for Severstal Warren, Inc.: raw material surcharge, fuel surcharge, and alloy surcharge

 

·         Identify missing data and repaired daily Hourly Payroll overtime report in order to more accurately reflect where overtime hours were being spent and which allowed Severstal Warren, Inc. management to better control overtime costs

 

·         Create a new daily Hourly Payroll report that identified all field changes involving on-line payroll corrections and resulted in task time savings as well as improving the accuracy of the correction processing procedure

 

·         Monitor and fix all production abends that occur during the Sales Accounting batch month-end close processing cycle in order for the correct coil/slab shipment tonnage and associated sales dollars to be accurately reported

 

 

·         Provide customer end-users with on-site hands on training as well as written on-line instruction manuals associated with all new on-line transactions and C-Lists as well as modifications to the aforementioned
