· Designed and implemented Mass auto rating and underwriting systems for 2008 Massachusetts Auto Insurance. (due to de-regulation)

· Analyzed, designed ,programmed ,implemented changes to umbrella rating Processes including using neon systems clientsoft products(wsdl), which involved using clientsoft on the mainframe, reducing turn-around time by 10% of implementation of new rates..

· Implemented upgrades to the Registry(ums mrb) application. Designed Implemented application to report out-of-state driver incidents.

· Designed and implemented a system to send renewal questionnaires to clients, incorporating data from 4 different systems.
