As a Systems Engineer and security specialist, Robert's knowledge and experience along with a combination of strong customer service and a 'can do' attitude make him ideally suited for working at any client site. Prior to Critical Path Software, Inc., Mr. Hoyle was the owner of a successful company based out of Texas and has provided technical consulting services for companies such as INSCI, IBM, Siemens, Scott & White, Sprint, Walmart, Publix, Lee Distributing, Guardian and many more. He served as the Lead Mainframe systems programmer on site for a critical client (Albany Medical Center). Performed maintenance and served as lead auditor on RACF mainframe security system.
As a senior member of the IBM/Wal*Mart RACF Remediation Security Group, responsible for remediation audit clean up in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley of RACF database on multiple LPARS and SYSPLEXES in Z/OS 1.6 an ZOS 1.8 using Vanguard software (Administrator, Advisor and Analyzer), REXX, EXCEL, and Share Point. Played an integral role in the design and development of the RACF Naming Convention Table.
Responsible for redesigning, automation and implementation of the Medicare security process systems for the CMSEDC Security team at HP/EDS and National Government Services.
Mr. Hoyle has extensive experience in managing projects and personnel in a wide variety of environmentts. The ultimate team member, he is equally comfortable working in a technical capacity.
